Hendry County Court also know as the Clerk of the Circuit Court are responsible for the following: Board Agendas, Minutes and Public Hearings, Code of Ordinances,
Tax Deed Sales / Lands available for taxes, Child Support, Finance, Jury Information, Marriage Licenses, Official Records, and Passports.

The Hendry County Clerk publishes the County Commission agendas and official minutes as a public service. Child Support payments are not to enforce by the clerk, therefore the party must hire their own attorney or contact the Department of Revenue at the Child Support Enforcement Division. Hendry County residents are required to have a three-day waiting period and must read a marriage handbook available at the Clerk's office according to Florida Law if they wish to get married. To avoid this three-day requirement, couples must complete a pre-marital preparation course or must not be a resident of the State of Florida. A Marriage License must be used within 60 days from the effective date.
